To prepare for the call, it will be helpful to have the following documents/information available:

• Your total sales (as reported on your Federal tax forms) for 2019, 2020, and 2021
• Form 941 for each quarter of 2020 and 2021

It’s ok if you don’t have them when we speak, but this information will be needed before we can proceed processing your refund claim.
